Q&A: Do Maximum Strength Cycles Have Benefits for Bodybuilders?

Following up last week's Q&A about powerlifters versus bodybuilders (and a review of Matt Gary's awesome book), I wanted to address the question of whether maximum strength cycles, by which I mean sets of 5 or less at 85%+ of 1 rep maximum can benefit bodybuilders.

Short answer: yes.
For the long answer: watch the video.

Note: I do not read nor answer comments or questions on videos (nor do I delete them). Can't be asked. If you have a question for me send it to: questions@bodyrecomposition.com
I'll probably ignore it but you might get lucky.

I also do Zoom consultations now if you want me to tell you how to live your life:
