Cooking with Renuka Shahane!✨💛

This week on Your Food Lab, I had the absolute joy of cooking with the ever-graceful Renuka Shahane Ma’am, a woman whose warm smile and radiant energy can light up any room, and definitely lit up our kitchen 🥰
Together, we made the classic Maharashtrian combo: Puran Poli with Katachi Amti. As we cooked, we chatted about the food she grew up with, the flavours she loves, Ashutosh Sir’s favourite spices and the simple dishes that remain closest to her heart.

The entire shoot had this beautiful, positive vibe, almost like cooking with someone you’ve known forever. Renuka ji’s warmth, her stories, and her infectious smile made the day feel truly special.
