Making pulled pork can be incredibly easy, once you get the hang of it. It's all in time and temperature, and a good rub.
It'd been a while, and I had the craving! So I slow smoked a pork butt, over a blend of cherry and apple woods. A shade over 6 hours at 275°, to an internal temp of 199°. It was *well* worth the wait! I also whipped up some potato salad to go with it, while I was waiting.
