Here is my recipe for Nigerian Style puff puff. Not for every day but a nice treat every now and then. Hope you had a nice week.

Should yield about 25-30 puff puff

3 cups unbleached all purpose flour
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 cup or more of sugar (Max - 1cup)
2 1/2 tsp yeast or 1 sachet
1/4 cup water for proofing
2 cups water for mixing
Oil for frying
