Dressings are so easy to make that I don't remember when last I purchased one from the store. You can mix a variety of ingredients and adjust as necessary to your taste. Here is my recipe for a honey mustard dressing (or dip). I almost always adjust one ingredient or another. Enjoy and I'll catch you next time


1/2 cup sour cream (or plain Greek yogurt)
1/4 cup yellow mustard
1/4 honey (or to your taste)
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
