Usually when we run our team building events, we have a set project for the group to create in the given time. However, this build was very differnt. We had a concept, but it was down to the group to take that idea and expand upon it.
Each team was tasked with creating a key feeder, a design that would allow a member of the public, education team or even an animal keeper to release the food from a stored area so that the animals could gain acces to it.
The group had a 45 minute brainstorming session, and a whole lot of materials to experiment and test with. All four teams went in very different directions with the idea, and at the end of the session we had four ideas that were taken to the enclosure to be tested.
A huge well done to the group for taking this idea forward, you all did amazingly! And a huge thanks to the keepers for trusting us with this concept.
