On day 16 of my trip I show some woodland caribou pellets on my campsite. Caribou are throughout northern Ontario but fairly rare and sparsely populated. Some portaging scenes. And a discussion about some canoe back country attributes, several days portaging and paddling into, no roads or people, and where I have made fire wood caches a year ago and no one has been there. I have used my own caches, and its very nice to return to a campsite and have it just the way you left it, well provisioned with firewood.
