A unique challenge that is somewhat inspired by a level in the Octo expansion from Splatoon. Distances camera is not suited for something like this though, and I think I put too many buttons for this....

So someone on the distance discord came up with the idea of the entire campaign getting shitposted and well....it sparked an interest within me.
This level marked when I officially decided to go down the path of shitposting the campaign.")

EX Redux is an Expirimental Redux of the classic Cliffside Realm from HotWheels Acceleracers. Various mechanics are tested here in this experimental take on a realms level. Have fun, or dont have fun! I just want people to try it and see what they think!

The process of making this:
Step 1: Randomize the track layout. I do not use trackmogrify but instead I use my own math with 75 track nodes. This math will make the track generally follow a line. The rotation of the track nodes are random within certain values (the nodes wont face the opposite direction of the track). I dont mess with scale.
Step 2: Edit the track layout to be actually playable, but I have some restrictions. I can only merge track nodes, subdivide and make a new track node, or split a track node to make a transfer. Im not allowed to move or rotate any randomized track node.
Step 3: For decorations/obstacles, I will use objects from the Buildings, Decorations, Obstacles, and Simples folders in the Library. I randomize which subfolder to use within each one. There is a chance I dont use the folder at all as well. If I do use the folder, I will randomize 1 to 5 different objects I can use from the folder and randomize which objects I choose.
Step 4: I use whatever objects RNG chose to decorate the level. Decorations are not placed randomly, nor are obstacles.
Step 5: I randomize nearly every property in the Level Settings tab aside from modes, medal times, and abilities.
Step 6: I randomize the properties of each type of object used within the level.
Step 7: Theres a 50% chance I randomize a particle in the background, I only adjust the fade near/far for visibility.")

Level created for the Prompt of the Season.
Not based off of any music or anything, just making everything base on certain prompt words.
Flare, Frozen, Water, and Sharp.
You would think Id use the prompt word: melodic, but I originally intended for the level to be made quickly.
I created the layout quickly in a stream and all that was left was decoration. I got WAY too ambitious with the decoration. I made several interiors, a complicated water visuals, and built the environment out of simples yet again. I just cant allow myself to make a simple level lmao.

Apologies about the low fps here, I just didnt feel like re-recording this one. This is partly why I wasnt going to do anything crazy like 140 ghosts, Id be pushing the fps quite a bit.

This was a level that starts out as a locked level. Find all the secrets in the engage pack and it opens up! This was a big idea that I dont think I executed too well. Either way, what you unlock is my take at a very hard Distance level! Was this a good reward?.....I dunno. Dont care, I liked making it at least.
Also it has a cool reference to the MV for the song Engage Rex. (or was it ANTiFRONT).")

Another challenge level from the engage pack! This is extending a section in engage rex cause the concept was kinda funny. I also decided to include myself dying a bit in this recording.")
