This is the first in a set of discussions on game development from a project management approach. Instead of exploring a particular game mechanic, visual effect or technical trick, the purpose of the videos is to look at your game project as a whole to better understand how to complete it.
This first video looks at the idea of game logic and where it runs in your game project, which can have a major impact on your development process as a whole.
