This is a slightly improved (hopefully pfft-) version of my guest entry for the Indigo Team Inside IC 5: "NO SLEEP".
The original theme was to edit with no/minimal effect usage. I wasn't happy with the lack of flow in my entry so this v2 has more zooms/pans, more black flashes, more fades (a feedback i got from one of the judges), some blurs, and some timing adjustments I made while going through the whole thing again.
I'm glad I got to edit Princess Tutu after all this time hehe~

Also last episode was AMAZING. I cried. But for a different character than I thought :D Goddamn Isabella is such a great character.
Also that went surprisingly well, honestly. Good for them!! S2 confirmed for 2020 too!! Im so happy!!

I totally loved this mep and the underused characters party used in it! Anyway, I watched ballerina and really regreted that I didnt go watch it in theaters when I had the chance to.
Anyway, this part was really fun to do and while I like some of the ideas with the lyrics I dont think I made it work that good. Anyway.... HOPE YOU LIKE IT!!

(I think this is my first voltron edit and Im....... mindblown about that)
But seriously, the one good thing this season? Pidge and Allura. I didnt realize, but did they ever get to bond again after that Talk about Pidge leaving in S1? Because I cant remember, and I couldnt find anything while editing this. Which is... kinda sad! Theyre the main female leads, and even Allura and altean-blonde-girl have interacted more...
Also Im sorry if any hearts shattered at the end but muahahaha. I wasnt really that sad when Allura was getting ready to sacrifice herself, but as soon as Pidge cried, I did too. It was like flipping a switch haha... you cant just have them bond and then do THAT to me.
Anyway, I had my shipping glasses on hard this season again. And idk, I feel like Pidge giving up the video game for Allura, kind of seems like accepting that her crush on lance (psa: yes I think she has one) is one-sided and letting go of that, so that Lance and Allura can be happy together.
Its surprisingly hard to find a song about a love triangle where the two females befriend each other and shortly after one of them sacrifices herself to save all realities.... I dont understand why thats so hard to find though ;)
Anyway, if you think s8 was bad, then maybe read into the FREEVLDS8-tag. Theres also a (how could it be different) change.org petition. My whole stance in this is kind of pffft hahaha as if anything would happen, this conspiracy is ridiculous and yes plz I want lotor treated better THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
its not about ships, I was fine with Allurance, they had some cute moments. Its just oof... something seems awfully wrong with this season and I want to know what and why.
