(I think this is my first voltron edit and I'm....... mindblown about that)

But seriously, the one good thing this season? Pidge and Allura. I didn't realize, but did they ever get to bond again after that Talk about Pidge leaving in S1? Because I can't remember, and I couldn't find anything while editing this. Which is... kinda sad! They're the main female leads, and even Allura and altean-blonde-girl have interacted more...

Also I'm sorry if any hearts shattered at the end but muahahaha. I wasn't really that sad when Allura was getting ready to sacrifice herself, but as soon as Pidge cried, I did too. It was like flipping a switch haha... you can't just have them bond and then do THAT to me.
Anyway, I had my shipping glasses on hard this season again. And idk, I feel like Pidge giving up the video game for Allura, kind of seems like accepting that her crush on lance (psa: yes I think she has one) is one-sided and letting go of that, so that Lance and Allura can be happy together.

It's surprisingly hard to find a song about a love triangle where the two females befriend each other and shortly after one of them sacrifices herself to save all realities.... I don't understand why that's so hard to find though ;)

Anyway, if you think s8 was bad, then maybe read into the FREEVLDS8-tag. There's also a (how could it be different) change.org petition. My whole stance in this is kind of "pffft hahaha as if anything would happen, this conspiracy is ridiculous" and "yes plz I want lotor treated better THANK YOU VERY MUCH".
it's not about ships, I was fine with Allurance, they had some cute moments. It's just oof... something seems awfully wrong with this season and I want to know what and why.

First I have to say, I was very worried about that topic (Bad heroes, good villains), but I realized that the canon was easier than the crossover one, even though I thought it would be straight other way (like the crossover would be the easy one). My crossover will turn in later (it’s 5 a.m. here and I go to sleep now X’D), I hope I’ll make it. If not, I have to be in canon at least, since I’m very more comfort in it :D The characters, I used: - Shen (KFP 2): I always felt very sorry for him (of course it was wrong to kill all those pandas, but he just wanted his parents to be proud of him!). Every time we watch this movie, and we get to the scene where he says: My parents... hated me, my grandma says How could it be any other way? (because hes such a bad ... peacock XD) and I never want her to say that. Hes one of the villains I can understand more than other, even though I dont think hes solving his problems the right way :D - Prof. Callaghan (BH6): I cant hate him. I just cant! What he did was terrible and that Tadashi died because he wanted to save this man, is also terrible, but I CANT HATE HIM! I wanted revenge of this... other man, which name I forgot... for loosing his daughter. - Pitch Black (ROTG): Also I cant hate him really. He did terrible things, hes not Pitch Black for nothing, but I love this connection between Pitch and Jack, because they both want to be seen and to be believed in. - Megamind: ... errr, yeah. Hes the bad guy, who doesnt want to be the bad one anymore. I guess he really fits the theme, so I used him. Actually, I think this movie has some really thinkable things in it. Like Are people born bad/good? and No, it matters on the person, but if someone only felt love/hate and that hes wrong, what will he decide for? If being bad is the only thing youre good, of course you do what youre good at :D - Hiro & Baymax (BH6): Hes the hero, but he has some bad moments, actually also just wanting revenge for his brother. I also love this connection between Hiro and Callaghan (the scene where Callaghan says Abigail is gone, and Hiro realized that hes acting just like himself) and of course Baymax, built to help people, and getting bad, when hes chips off.
