Prevention of injury, infection, and illness are a top priority in survival. In a primitive environment without access to modern clinics and doctors it is even more important to take necessary precautions and exercise preventative physical maintenance. I have often suffered painful cracked skin on my feet due to the extremely dry conditions here. In this video I show a new routine that I will regularly do to clean, heal, and protect my feet from the harsh desert conditions.
