In this video I show how I make and pressure can my homemade BBQ sauce. My family likes it tangy and spicy and not too sweet. Make it your own and preserve for your family. Recipe below. Enjoy.

Pressure Canning MY Tangy Spicy Homemade BBQ Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
8 cups ketchup
1 cup water to rinse ketchup bottles
1/2 cup prepared mustard
3/4 cup hot sauce
1 cup red wine vinegar
1/2 packed cup brown sugar
1/2 cup molasses
1 Tbsp. canning salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. onion powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
*Bring to simmer and cook for a minute then turn off heat.
Filling the jars leaving 1" head space.

Pressure can process pints 20 minutes and quarts 25 minutes.
