With the Switch 2 out for some time now, talk's been ramping up about what games might be coming in the future. A large amount of that has surrounded Super Smash Bros. and what the series might have planned for Nintendo's new console. When could the next game show up? What new characters could appear in it? Will a sequel even happen soon, considering Sakurai was working on another game entirely for a while?
Well, it can't hurt to have some fun with it, right? Let's run through one of many possible timelines for this fabled "Smash 6". Its roster size, returning veterans, newcomers, unfortunate cuts, the whole thing! For its base game...and beyond.
