I had a computer sitting around which had Linux Mint installed --so for $30 I bought a Windows 10, 64 Bit CD and now I have my homebrew SDR running on Power SDR. The AGC was wide open and so some pumping -- cranked that back and big improvement. Not much invested in the radio but the optimal signal processing is amazing.
For those who are HDR guys -- this was an HDR build. No Kit, No FPGA's.
Not too hard to get the handshake between the HDR and SDR
