In the early 1980's Dentron built a 5 Channel Crystal Controlled HF Transceiver using a board with a 9 mHz IF that was a purchased assembly from Mizhou in Japan. It had 100 watts out and operated in the 4 to 10 MHz Range but USB only.

Mine is now on 40 Meters but with approprite additional swithcing can operate over the HF range.

The N6QW version has USB/LSB select as well as two VFO's
