Disguised as a showcasing of ham radio projects I have built over the last 18 months, in reality it is a challenge to the Box Top Extra's to be real hams and homebrew a complete radio station from scratch.
The projects are engineered to actually work on the air today and many of the photos in this video are videos unto themselves as documented on the N6QW you tube channel.
On June 21, 2026 I observed my 67th year of continuous licensing as a ham operator. The licenses I earned were at a time when you actually had to know stuff to get a ticket.
It is amazing what can be built from stuff found in the junk box!
