As co-founder and Chief Programs Officer of She’s the First, Christen has used her voice to make other voices in the room—the voices of girls, the voices of women leading grassroots organizations—louder. For the past 13 years, she has developed the global partnerships and programs at She's the First and she’s done it with courage, with grace, and with great intention. This year, as she departs the STF staff, we honor her 13 years of service!
