But what if you had the chance to practice performing itself...Would this help you to manage your stage fright?

The Performance Laboratory at the Royal College of Music, London, brings the stage to the practice room.

We had the privilege of a special performance from Operatic Singer Josephine Shaw, accompanied beautifully by George on the piano.

At times, this particular audience can be programmed to be a tough crowd, but there was nothing but thundering applause for Josephine and George.
