These socks were invented by Dr Zeke Steer, who after watching his great-grandmother struggle with dementia, wanted to find a better way of supporting people like her.

They look and feel like ordinary socks, but by tracking things like heart rate, sweat and movement they can give real-time insights into someone's wellbeing.
