POV: St Louis City Museum Tunnel Under The Floor To The Whale
My family and I made a trip to the amazing, one-of-a-kind, St. Louis City Museum! The name is very misleading, but in a good way, because it is far from being a typical museum. In reality, the City Museum is a giant playground for kids, and even for adults. It was created by artists and architects in an old 10-story, 600,000-square-foot former shoe factory. It is full of slides (30+ in fact) , tunnels, caves, climbing structures, ramps, and elevated walkways. It has a giant white whale (not real), fish tanks (real fish), a Ferris wheel and a school bus outdoors on the roof, and an area where a circus performance takes place. And there's so much more! But back to the tunnels. There is one tunnel with an entrance on the main floor that actually goes under the floor and comes out somewhere under the whale. I had gone through this tunnel with my nephew about 10 years ago, and I wanted to try it again to see what it was like. I admit to being a little afraid of trying it again, because I'm not fond of tight spaces. So here is my POV video of what it's like to go through the tunnel under the floor at the St. Louis City Museum!
