PLEASE READ: (lyrics below) - by request for arawen898 (who asked for this song in the same speed I made original- a little faster than usual song- and with same vid- but in HD) -- Something I've also wanted to do- this is a redo of my FIRST Phantom vid ever made- it seemed appropriate as a special thank you for the milestones of my 100th video AND my 1000 subs! :D Thank you so much for all the love & support you've shown me the past few years- (and nope, not quitting yet. Am having too much fun. ;-)) I added a few things to this one that are not in the original, some clips & effects, but for the most part kept to the same clips and mood, keeping it simple. :) Since Netlog has changed to accept Youtube, I'll upload the regular speed one (non HD) on my backup acct. and link it here as a vid response or an unlisted link (that you should be able to see) soon. I also put the original YT in WMV as a vid response, for any who want to see the differences. :) It's a great song any way - played regularly, or a little faster- a long song, yes, but epic as many of their songs are.)
Story summary: intro gives quick glimpse of everything in movie that's happened up to a certain point. When music slows - it goes back to tell their story, told in both E & C POVs as they both remember: Both Erik & Christine have fallen for each other and vow their love but are afraid to be hurt. They remember the night they met and other memories throughout - but for Christine that sweet memory is cruelly disrupted When a jealous Erik does some shocking things. Christine makes a hard decision to break off with him and take a different path (Raoul), though deep in her heart she knows Erik is her future. She cannot stop thinking of him, though she tries, fluctuating between wanting to be his and having nothing to do with him. When he's almost killed, she realizes she doesn't want to live without him, tells him his deformity doesn't matter and vows to return, but he doesn't believe her and takes what he wants. Both of them, in their hurt, accuse each other, leading to the conclusion of story (where intro stopped). Christine has flashes of the past, remembers what is truly important, and makes her final decision ...
