Dragonair is the best lead, Arbok can Glare Wrap, Earthquake, Mega Drain, Lickitung replaces Rapidash because Fire spin sucks, and STAB wrap and earthquake coverage is better. Victrebel is an important OU wrapper. Cloyster is a big linchpin, with defenses and clamp. And Dragonite as the backup wrapper.
