Pokémon XY Naturia Hard Mode Nuzlocke.
This is the part where JayTGamer's Nuzlocke run ended. All because of the last Rival.
Extra spanish trainers in the Victory Road. You know, the trainers in the Route before it technically count as Victor Road trainers. And personally, I don't see why it was necessary, but if it was supposed to make me go on a breaking point, congrats, you succeeded.
I never liked grinding, but due to circumstances IRL, I have no choice but to blow through trainers as quickly as possible.
Set mode and Hard Mode does make this far more difficult than it looks with a 30 level advantage. So many repeated threats.I only bothered to catch only one more Pokemon, because I got no more energy or time. I spent such a long time leveling up, and even still took me forever.
Also, don't go in Tojo falls as soon as you get the fourth badge. You could die very horribly. That level 59 Tentacruel is such an unpleasant surprise.
You also got a glimpse of the worst f*cking pokemon in
Naturia: Greninja.
F*ck Protean. This ability is horribly annoying in more ways than one. Just watch the video, and keep in mind, I had to use the speedup button for over 10 seconds. A 30 level gap, and I still run into problems.
This rival fight is complete horsesh*t solely because of Swagger being a game crashing move, and stuck on a high speed pokemon with +2 priority.
I think the Lum berry might've just saved me once, I don't know why it didn't crash that time. No safeguard was up.
I was so afraid of this Gengar: Explosion, or destiny bond, I couldn't get a straight kill with Umbreon.
My plan for MIlotic hasn't changed, Safe Veil, Toxic,
and tbolt and speedup button.
The new addition Garchomp is a very nasty piece of work. It has stone edge, but oddly doesn't have actual Dragon Moves. Earthquake is more than enough, and rough skin does way more than it should. It may have coverage for fairies as well.
My one use for Flygon...
But will this be enough? Will I actually get past
the far worse fight than the previous rival battle?
Will this game end sooner than expected?
F*ck every Crobat in this game. When a f*cking LEGENDARY HO-OH can't OHKO it IN THE SUN, you know you have issues.
