Pickle gave us one last waddle… then off they went, straight back to the sea.

This beautiful sea lion came into our rescue center with a few scrapes and some unwanted parasites, but after a clean-up and a check-up (thanks to some brilliant marine mammal experts), he was feeling much better.

Now? He’s back where he belongs - wild and free in the waters of the Ostional National Wildlife Refuge!
