Growing up, phalsa sharbat was one of those things that instantly meant summer had arrived. The flavour is super unique & somehow it cools you down straight to the heart. I know a lot of Delhi people are probably feeling a little nostalgic reading this 😄

You really need to try this at least once before the season disappears.
