Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival brings you "Meet the Filmmakers" episode “Think of England”
Interview with director Richard Hawkins, interviewer Milani Perera.

Richard Hawkings is a scriptwriter-director, not to confuse with the old famous English seaman. His debut screenplay “The Theory of Flight”, directed by Paul Greengrass and starring Kenneth Branagh and Helena Bonham Carter, got him in the doors he needed to make his own films. Hawking’s directorial debut was with “Everything”, an independent film that has won him international awards and earned him a BAFTA nomination.
“Think of England” is his long-awaited film, world premiering in PÖFF, that Variety describes as “A thought-provoking exploration of truth and deceit, moral boundaries, a nod to acting, through a character-driven WW2 porn satire”. Intrigued? So were our juries - the film is competing in our Official Selection.
