TL notes:
15:03 - (Tip) Component of Anthocyanidin, which ties together plant dyes with sugar. Can inhibit muscle fatigue and restore eyesight, but the mechanics of that aren't researched, so Japan doesn't allow drugs to be based on it. Blueberries are most famous for containing anthocyanin, but grapes, eggplants and strawberries have it as well. Also, mulberry.
35:30 - Probably a reference to one of the shorts.
40:28 - (Tip) By wipe here, we mean the small window that can be seen during TV broadcasts when they show some footage. This window features the face of a host or shows a different location than the one currently on screen.
42:38 - (Tip) Top 1 was Shanghai with 32 votes. 2nd was Flandre with 30. 3rd was Earthworm with 23. 4th was, surprisingly, Koakuma with 14 votes. Are you desperately telling us to feature her?
