This week was a very useful one! After giving more thought to what's required to juggle, I realised there are a few more UI elements that will really help Jugglebot development long-term. What I added to the UI this week was:
- Toggle to select which 3D scene elements are visible at any given time
- Translucent depiction of the robot's workspace (or at least, the convex hull of the workspace...)
- Splines and arrows to show the path that the robot will be commanded to move along
- Colour-changing legs (in the 3D scene) to show clearly when a given leg is over-contracted or -extended
