Today I will swatch and review the 24 Tubes Watercolor Set by Paul Rubens, from their professional range.
I have bought this set on Ali Express about one year ago and used it for a while, so I will give you my opinion on the base of a solid experience.
I will answer some main questions about this set: can I consider it an artist grade? Is it easy to rewet if I pour in in pans (as I always do) ? Are colours vibrant and pigmented or full of binders? These questions are legitimate as the price point is very affordable compared to other artist grade sets.
