My name is Elisabetta and I'm an Italian watercolor artist with a passion for art supplies.
I just came back from Fabriano in Acquarello 2023, the huge annual watercolor conference in Bologna. I brought home an incredible quantity of new art supplies to test.
I have already swatched colors I received by Romans Szmal, but today I have a big surprise for you. I am swatching the new fabulous granulating colors I was given by Rosa Gallery, the amazing Ukrainian watercolor manufacturer.
They are Golden Brown, Jade Green, Azure Green, Cobalt Gray, Carbon Black and Violet Black. A real treat!
Stay tuned for the "advanced swatching"! this is how I call the little quick sketches I do in order to test paint in a realistic situation.
