I’m Elisabetta, an Italian watercolor artist with a passion and a curiosity for art supplies and pigments.
Today I am continuing the exploration of Quinacridone pigment family with Quinacridone Red PR209. It's a recent discovery for me this delicate, fascinating middle red that is now a staple in my palette.
This is a new chapter in our journey across the wonderful Quinacridone family of pigments....

I will be swatching and comparing paints by Winsor & Newton, Daniel Smith, M.Graham, Maimeri and Roman Szmal.

I will also try, as usual, some mixes: mixing is such a pleasure with this pigment....
