In April, 2000, I traveled to the San Diego Railroad Museum (now the Pacific Southwest Railway Museum) in Campo, CA, for a railfan excursion. We split the day traveling in the morning behind SP #2353, a 4-6-0, and in the afternoon behind SP #3873, a GP9. This clip shows the run-bys of that first generation diesel starting at the Mexican border and ending just south of the Campo depot.
