The sun has set , but the word on the wire , is a Westbound PAC NAC is heading my way..... With light fading fast, I move down from my usual spot ,under the big Pines, to a more open location , hoping to gain a few more photons of light! Just in the nick of time . the Intermodal , with a trio of GE "NR" power , rounds the curve and chugs past. The centre unit is painted in the famous "GHAN" passenger train scheme, but sees freight duty when not hauling that iconic service.
