In treating depression, behavioral activation has long been celebrated as an evidence-based therapy for creating change in peoples lives. Behavioral activation, commitment to behavior change is about just that: living. In this video, I have you first focus on your values to connect with meaningful behaviors that will assist you in engaging in new behaviors that actually mean something to you personally.
