Ingredients
125g Self Raising Flour
10g Baking Powder
2g Baking Soda
2g Ground or Freshly Grated Nutmeg
65g Caster Sugar
60ml Milk
60g Greek yogurt
1 Egg
30g Unsalted Butter, melted at room temperature
Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Allow the donuts to slightly cool before lightly coating in the cinnamon sugar.
Mix your own cinnamon sugar to your taste - personally I do one part cinnamon to 3 parts sugar.
Any leftover cinnamon sugar you make can kept in a air tight container, just like you would keep your sugar.
HOPE YOU MAKE IT !!!
Love Loz :-)
