Essentially mashed Derm's old Alac Willbender and new Radiance DH Spear rota together. I lose some time because Derm is better at preventing aftercasts, which pushes the dps to roughly the same level as the old Sw/Sw bench. However, Spear has much higher burst and it also runs Thief runes. no more Peitha single target jank. The rota can probably still be optimised a bit and the ending probably as well, which I just winged. I'd expect at least 35-35.5k+ a grindable number.

Build: full Minstrel/Giver gear, Cleansing and Energy Sigils, Relic of Rivers and this build: [&DQYROyUfQz3+GgAAkAAAAOsAAADvGgAA9xoAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEWgAxAC8AZwAA]. Blink is kinda variable. Armor of the Earth, or Arcane Shield are all good options as well and I also played around with different Elites but the Water Elemental can mess up boss tanking so I stopped using it. Celerity in particular was nice for lots of CC. Tornado works similar, but is a bit slower.
