Used a few additional Dragon pieces to survive longer in the last phase (and a couple of added Assassin pieces to stay critcapped), which brought me to 25.8k hp (Dragon Head, Shoulder, Chest; Assassin Legs, Feet, Back). Condi Harbinger is definitely easier to play in ToF, but since I had never done it on Power, I wanted to try that, especially since Flower strat is more nice for melee specs. Usage of Shroud 4 for some dodges is nice with Flower strat as well. Can definitely be played much better still, but of course since Power Harb has an extra modifier sub 50 and you have two sequences away from the boss, it it's definitely not the best Flower dps spec; but it's fun :)

Shoutout to REMagic for continously and tenaciously pushing Flower strat to improve dps class variability in ToF.
