Build: full Minstrel/Giver gear, Cleansing and Energy Sigils, Relic of Rivers and this build: [&DQYROyUfQz3+GgAAkAAAAOsAAADvGgAA9xoAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEWgAxAC8AZwAA]. Blink is kinda variable. Armor of the Earth, or Arcane Shield are all good options as well and I also played around with different Elites but the Water Elemental can mess up boss tanking so I stopped using it. Celerity in particular was nice for lots of CC. Tornado works similar, but is a bit slower.
