Quick(/Alac) Chrono deals pretty decent dps, but mainly lacks the magnitude, or duration of other supporting boons, compared to the current best dps support build that is Herald. If you play it, you should make sure that all the necessary boons are covered by the Kiter. This is mainly Might, Swiftness and Protection. QChrono does some Might from Well of Action, which can also be Continuum Split for more burst Might, but overall a majority of the Might needs to still come from the Kite. Another thing to note for dps support (Quick/Alac) Chrono in general, is that you should not use any Phantasms below ~10% Dragonvoid HP, because the Clones that spawn from them might interfere and mess up the invisibility part. This is due to the fact that the Dragonvoid phases end before they are technically dead, so the game still spawns Clones.
Some additional fight specific notes:
General: I'm not a regular Chrono player, so I'm sure you will find a bunch of rotational mistakes, especially around the use of Continuum Split.
Orb 1: Giving boons to allies at the start will reward you with kill participation, so you can use your Stab mantra/Might well and don't have to tag the crabs by yourself. Try to give some Quickness toward the end of the orb phase, such that people have initial Quickness at Jormag (I didn't do a good job about that last part and Quick was down at the start of Jormag).
Jormag: Be aware that your Sw4 and Gs5 can be used to boonstrip enemies, so use it if there are boons up. Make sure to shatter your clones toward the end of the phase, so they don't mess up Invisibility (counts for every dragonvoid phase that is followed by Invis).
Primordius: Use Stab mantra to provide Stability during the beginning when adds are around. During the big Chomp attack, make sure to give people place with spreads and utilise your distortion.
Orb 2: If you are on counter push, just make sure to use all of your abilities to kill the crabs quickly and then to push the orb fast. Also, make sure to have Stab mantra ready in case any snipers spawn close to you.
Mordremoth: Try to get a phantasm cast through on a Sniper such that your subgroup has Quickness at the start of Mordremoth and cast some of your shatters if necessary. Use your Stab mantra to provide Stability for the Waves; try to press it as late as possible before spreading, because it only lasts 3 seconds. If there isn't another source of Stability, use the second charge as well. Similar to Portal players, you can help kill Sniper Adds since all of your abilities are ranged.
Zhaitan: Gravity Well for CC + boonstrip immediately. If available, try giving some Stability with mantra. Otherwise just do a burst opener to do as much dmg as possible to Giants. After Greens, make sure to wait a little bit such that the Portal players are back and get boons.
Orb 3: Help with CCing the Dragon. Press some stab if needed for tornados. Help killing crabs with your ranged attacks.
Soo-Won 1: Try to immediatevly provide some Quickness and then give some Stability for the first Green as safety layer. You can continue your rotation from middle Green. Make sure to have Distort available if standing in Swipe, otherwise move to a safe place accordingly.
Orb 4: Boonstrip the orb immediately with Gs5/Sw4. Try to build up a buffer for Quickness during this phase.
Soo-Won 2: Do your normal burst opener on the champions, Chrono can do incredibly high dps on the Goliath (see log). Also press your Stab mantra as necessary. The last Green in Soo-Won 2 was only for backup, so usually you will of course do the close one again.
My wishlist to make Chrono more enjoyable and better in HT CM: Improve general boon output (most notably Stability duration from Mantra) and some Swiftness/Prot would be nice without having to use Shield/Focus.

New speed record for HT CM. Nothing new strategy wise, just power creep.

Build: full Minstrel/Giver gear, Cleansing and Energy Sigils, Relic of Rivers and this build: [&DQYROyUfQz3+GgAAkAAAAOsAAADvGgAA9xoAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAEWgAxAC8AZwAA]. Blink is kinda variable. Armor of the Earth, or Arcane Shield are all good options as well and I also played around with different Elites but the Water Elemental can mess up boss tanking so I stopped using it. Celerity in particular was nice for lots of CC. Tornado works similar, but is a bit slower.
