Back to back 10/10 levels does not happen often, but this is one instance of it. I was surprised when I found out a few months ago that MannyHeffley built an extreme in 2.1, and though I didn't get to playing it until yesterday evening, I knew I had to try it at some point. This level shows that he was just as great at building before 2.2 came out, in terms of both gameplay, and in my opinion the level as a whole. Much of it could be seen as messy but to me it's in the best way possible, and given its theming, it makes perfect sense. It's very intriguing to look at, and the animations in between the later parts are just insane. The gameplay, yet again, is unbelievably satisfying to pull off, and especially the duals throughout it. The balancing is also pretty solid overall, though the middle of the level is probably a bit harder than the rest. My experience was brought down somewhat by dying at 89% and 95%, then having to stop playing, but the next morning went much better and I beat it very quickly. Just an amazing level through and through. I highly recommend giving it a try.
