I am at Rhodes Family Diner in Medina, TN where they have a pancake challenge that has been going on for nearly three decades! Seems simple enough, eat a stack of five pancakes in under one hour and you walk away a winner. So far only two people have defeated this and both are professionals! I am hoping to become the third person to join them and if I do I will get the $9.99 meal for free, receive an awesome winners shirt and join Brett and @DaGarbageDisposal up on the Wall of Fame! Special thanks to Holly for taking such great care of Amber and I during the challenge and thank you to everyone at Rhodes Family Diner for the kindness and hospitality! They reopened just two days before we arrived after being closed for a month after a small electrical fire. Amber and I want to thank everyone for their support and we want to wish you and your families a very Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays.
