In today's video we traveled to Golden Rule BBQ in Irondale, AL where they have the Big Pig challenge. This is a huge pulled pork sandwich that consists of two pounds of their delicious pulled pork, one pound of coleslaw and one pound of their original BBQ sauce. In addition to the sandwich, there is also one pound of fries. There is a 45 minute time limit and if I am successful, I will get the meal for free, a winner's shirt and a photo on their Wall of Fame!
