I am at Dawn's Cafe in Colon, MI to attempt their Big Ben breakfast challenge. I will have 30 minutes to eat a six egg "Smolarz" omelete stuffed with one meat, two veggies and smothered with four cheeses, a plate of hash browns, a full order of their biscuits and gravy, two pancakes, and a glass of milk. If successful I will get the $30 meal for free, an awesome T-shirt, a spot on their Wall of Fame and eternal glory! The current record is held by @Beardmeatsfood at a blistering time of 9:47. Dawn and her crew wants to see that record broken but a couple of my choices in this challenge will make it very difficult to do so.
