I am at Stella's Bar & Grill in Bellevue, NE where I am taking on the Stellanator. This legendary burger challenge consists of 6 burger patties, 6 fried eggs, 6 slices of cheese, 12 strips of bacon, lettuce, tomato, fried onions, pickles, jalapenos, peanut butter, and an order of fries. I'll have 45 minutes to finish this and if I do I will receive a winner's shirt, my picture on the Wall of Fame, and a free meal. Losers pay $55. This challenge is by reservation only so call ahead! I have never been to Nebraska so I am pumped to give this one a try! I am hoping to join a couple of great friends that have attempted this in the past. Thank you Pam and everyone at Stella's Bar & Grill for this delicious challenge! I have wanted to attempt this for a very long time and it lived up to the hype!
