I am at The Dirty Bird 815 in Sycamore, IL where they have the Big Berty challenge. This challenge is currently undefeated and consists of a half pound of pulled pork, two quarter pound cheeseburgers, five breaded chicken strips, a giant pork tenderloin, all on top of two and a half pounds of french fries. It's then smothered in cheese and comes with a short 30 minute time limit. If I am successful I will get the meal for free, an awesome T-shirt, get my name and photo on their Wall of Fame, and become the first winner of this delicious challenge! Huge thank you to Mick and everyone at The Dirty Bird 815 for the incredible challenge and warm hospitality! The food was great, it was great meeting everyone and we even got to enjoy our first deep fried twinkie afterwards.
