Looking at ONE moment of running is not enough to understand a runner.

There are people who look at a single snapshot and automatically assume way too much, like assuming the likelihood of that runner being injured.

It is not that simple.

Running is incredibly dynamic.

How you run at one moment can be different the next.

You can run differently at different paces.

What shoes you decide to wear can influence the way you run.

However, most importantly, running is also a form of self expression.

It is a form of body language.

So, if you want to understand a runner…don’t just look at them run.

Listen to the human in front of you.

This is for educational purposes and should not replace medical advice. If you are dealing with persistent running related injuries, I recommend seeing a healthcare professional.
