A lot of people do magic to attract prosperity, abundance, and yes... money! But some people still have questions about this idea that we aren't supposed to "pay for magic"... Is that even a thing, though? Is it "magic" that we're paying for? Or something else? Where did this idea come from, and what impact does it have for folks today?
This is another one of those topics I've had on my list for LITERALLY YEARS, so I would LOVE it if y'all tell me this is ancient history and no one thinks this anymore. This is a video I would love to be outdated! It came up again now because I'm currently promoting my return to offering online readings and courses, and in talking over concerns I've heard from my audience in the past, this "money myth" came up, so I figured now is a great time to address it.
I plan to do an updated take on the aspect of paying for magical ITEMS in the future! (I have another couple of videos lined up first, so I wouldn't expect that one for a month or two yet.) But *this* video focuses on non-physical items -- services, rather than goods -- and how that seems to be treated differently.
