Hey, viewers! Two videos ago on this channel I talked about grounding and developing habits with regular practices. I asked you all to share any techniques you like for your personal grounding, as well. In this video I'm updating you about how that event went that I was anticipating needing to ground a lot during, as well as how that day at the Museum went and whether I managed to remember to ground throughout, and I'm also sharing the grounding techniques that people shared in the comments of that previous video!
