A "Marilyn Michaels characterization" of Lily Tomlin's operator Ernestine highlights this commercial for the clothing store Oliver's, in the New York area and throughout the Northeast. It was recorded in 1986, and if Oliver's lasted much longer than that, I can't find any info about it.
Impressionist/comedienne/actress/singer/author Michaels is still going strong (although current efforts to access her website on various devices were consistently thwarted by an error message). Her 2016 interview with Gilbert Gottfried on his Amazing Colossal Podcast is a must for... well, you know who you are.
